Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed through our website: www.bebasedfitness.com. By placing an order with BASED, you agree to the terms below.
SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak periods, such as launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer shipping for physical products to the following regions:
- Domestic (Romania): 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International (select countries): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control.
SECTION 3 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our carrier’s website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bebasedfitness.com.
SECTION 4 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
We currently ship to a limited number of international locations. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
BASED is not responsible for these charges. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient of the order.
SECTION 5 – INCORRECT ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@bebasedfitness.com. We will investigate and do our best to assist you.
