1. WHAT EXACTLY AM I GETTING WHEN I BUY A BASED PROTOCOL?
You get a complete training system, delivered as an automated Excel file plus PDFs (depending on tier). The Excel file does the thinking — you input your details once, and it gives you the exact lifts, weights, rep schemes, and progression rules for your goal.
No app to download. No subscription. No monthly fee. One-time purchase, yours forever. You can run the same program multiple times, switch between programs, or come back to it years later.
2. WHO ARE THIS PROGRAMS FOR?
BASED is built for a wide range of people:
- Complete beginners who've never lifted before
- Experienced lifters who plateaued and want to break out of it

Depends on where you are.

4. I'M A WOMAN — WHY ARE THERE PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR ME?
Because most "female" fitness programs online are just rebranded male programs with lighter weights and more cardio.
They're not actually built around female training adaptations.
The female BASED protocols (Sculpted Foundations, Wonder Woman Sexy Slim, Aphrodite Body, Strong & Sexy, Machine Lady) were built around what women actually want:
- Sculpted glutes and lower-body power
- Tight waist, controlled volume
- Upper body strength without bulk
- Cycle-syncing programming (luteal-phase carb increases, etc.)

5. I'VE TRIED PROGRAMS BEFORE AND QUIT — WHY WILL THIS BE DIFFERENT?

6. DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
Most BASED protocols are designed around standard gym equipment: barbell, dumbbells, bench, squat rack, basic machines.
If you don't have access to a barbell, the Machine Master and Machine Lady protocols are built specifically for machine-only training — same progression logic, no barbells required.

7. WHAT IF I'M MISSING SOME EQUIPMENT?
Every CORE protocol includes exercise flexibility — you can swap out movements based on what you have. The compound lifts (squat, deadlift, press, row) are the foundation, but accessories adapt to your gym.
8. ARE THESE ONE-TIME PURCHASES OR SUBSCRIPTIONS?
One-time purchases. Pay once, own the program forever. No monthly fees. No recurring charges. You can re-run the same protocol multiple times — most people do.
The only exception is ELITE and LEGEND, which are coaching engagements over 12 weeks (ELITE) or 3-12 months (LEGEND).
9. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Credit card, debit card, PayPal, and most major payment systems through our secure checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
10. CAN I UPGRADE FROM ONE PROTOCOL TO ANOTHER?
Yes. Most buyers start with the Shredded Challenge or one CORE protocol, then upgrade.
Common paths:
- Shredded Challenge → CORE + PRIME bundle (most common)
- CORE alone → adding PRIME later (+$30)
- CORE + PRIME → ELITE coaching when ready
- ELITE → LEGEND for full transformation
Upgrading is simple — just purchase the next tier.
There's no "membership" to cancel or upgrade through.
11. DO I NEED THE PRIME NUTRITION GUIDE TO SEE RESULTS FROM CORE?
Honest answer: training without nutrition will get you part of the way. Not all the way.
CORE will build strength and structure. PRIME tells you what to eat to actually look the way you train. Most CORE buyers add PRIME within their first 30 days, because they realize training is only half the equation.
For just $30 more, you get the complete nutrition + supplementation system.

12. WHAT IF I'M VEGETARIAN, KETO, OR FOLLOW ANOTHER DIET?
The PRIME Nutrition Guide includes meal plans and food lists for:
- Keto
- High-Carb
- Low-Carb
- Vegetarian
- Standard balanced diet
The system adapts to your preference. The macros and total calories matter more than the specific diet style — PRIME gives you the framework to build your meals however you want to eat.
13. DO I HAVE TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?
No. Supplements support a solid foundation. They don't replace it.
The PRIME Supplement Guide is honest about what actually works (creatine, vitamin D3, magnesium, omega-3) and what's marketing hype. If you only take what's in the "best supplements" section, you'll cover 90% of what matters.
14. I HAVE AN INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION — CAN I STILL TRAIN?
Always check with a doctor first. We're not medical professionals and we don't give medical advice.
If you're cleared to train, the protocols offer exercise variations that work around most common limitations (knee issues, lower back sensitivity, shoulder problems).
The Machine-Only protocols are joint-friendly by design.
For specific medical limitations, ELITE coaching is a better fit — you'll get a custom program built around your situation rather than adapting a self-guided one.
15. I'M PREGNANT OR POSTPARTUM — IS BASED RIGHT FOR ME?
If you're currently pregnant — consult your doctor before starting any new program. Pregnancy is not the time to begin a new training system without medical supervision.
If you're postpartum and cleared to train, the Aphrodite Body protocol is specifically designed for women rebuilding after pregnancy. It rebuilds slowly, prioritizes pelvic floor and core recovery, and is one of the most popular protocols among returning mothers.
16. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ELITE AND LEGEND?

18. HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROTOCOLS AFTER PURCHASE?
Instant download. After payment, you'll get an email with the download link for the Excel file and any PDFs included in your purchase.
Save them anywhere — Google Drive, Dropbox, your computer.
19. WHAT IF I LOSE THE FILES?
Email support@basedfitness.com with your order number and we'll resend everything within 24 hours.
20. CAN I SHARE THE PROTOCOLS WITH A FRIEND?
The protocols are licensed for personal use only — yours to keep forever, but not to redistribute or sell. If a friend wants the program, send them the Free Starter Protocol or the $10 Shredded Challenge. Both are designed to convert into the full system.
21. HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT?

22. IS THE FREE STARTER PROTOCOL ACTUALLY FREE?
