We offer three main subscription tiers:

  • BASED: Core — Structured strength training with compound lifts 3–5x/week and AI-personalized accessory work.
  • BASED: Plus — Goal-driven programs including fat loss, powerbuilding, muscle-specific focus, and more.
  • BASED: Elite — Weekly group coaching sessions covering training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and supplementation.
    We also offer BASED: LEGEND 1-on-1 Custom Coaching on request for a fully personalized approach.

2. How does the AI Fitness Coach work?
Our AI Coach enhances your main lifts by building personalized accessory routines based on your frequency, goals, and available equipment. It adapts as you progress, ensuring you stay on track, avoid plateaus, and make consistent gains.


3. Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime directly from your account dashboard.


4. How are payments handled?
Payments are billed monthly using secure gateways (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.


5. How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime from your account. You'll retain access through the end of your billing cycle — no hidden charges or penalties.


6. Are these programs beginner-friendly?
Definitely. BASED: Core is ideal for beginners and intermediates. The Plus and Elite tiers offer advanced programming for those looking to take their training further.


7. Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
Most programs revolve around compound lifts using basic gym equipment: barbell, dumbbells, bench, squat rack. Our AI adapts accessory work to match whatever gear you have.


8. How personalized is the training?
All programs adjust through AI based on your inputs. Elite offers group-level coaching with targeted guidance. For full customization across training, diet, and recovery, we recommend the 1-on-1 Coaching, built entirely around you.


9. How do I access my workouts and coaching calls?
All workouts and AI features are delivered through your BASED account. If you're in the Elite or 1-on-1 tier, you'll receive call links and schedules weekly via email.


10. Do you provide nutrition and supplement advice?
Yes. The Elite and 1-on-1 Coaching tiers include detailed nutrition and supplement support. We also adapt to your preferred diet style — Keto, Carnivore, Vegetarian, High-Carb, Low-Carb, and more.


11. Can programs be adapted for injuries or medical conditions?
Yes — but always consult a medical professional first. If you're cleared to train, we can adjust your program around your limitations with proper notice.


12. Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We use encrypted, secure systems to store your data and will never share it without your explicit permission.


13. Do you offer a free trial or sample workout?
Yes. You can get a free BASED sample workout by subscribing to our newsletter — a great way to experience how we train.


14. What's your refund policy?
